Anglian Learning

A collage of four images featuring young children engaged in different activities. In the first image, two children in raincoats examine a small object in their hands. The second image shows a child holding a drawing labeled 'My House' and 'Sun Cloud,' with illustrations of a house, sun, and clouds. The third image depicts two children in aprons playing at an outdoor mud kitchen. The fourth image shows three children sitting on a tarp outdoors, surrounded by gardening tools and plants.

Anglian Learning Creativity Collaborative

Initially when we first started this three year pilot programme we set out to explore how varied approaches to teaching for creativity would work. We had a particular focus on inquisitiveness and wanted to support all pupils and contribute to school improvement in a diverse range of settings.

A stylized light bulb icon is centered within overlapping petal shapes in purple, blue, green, and yellow. Below the graphic, the text reads 'Creative thinking in the classroom
Logo of Anglian Learning. On the left, five overlapping leaf-like shapes in blue, purple, green, and yellow form a stylized design. To the right, the text 'ANGLIAN LEARNING' appears in uppercase letters, with 'ANGLIAN' in blue and 'LEARNING' in purple.

Other years

Exploration of inquisitiveness

Two children in green school uniforms stand outdoors on grass with tree stumps and greenery in the background. One holds a blue clipboard and magnifying glass; the other holds a blue rectangular container. A third child in the background holds a green clipboard and writes something down.

Testing pedagogies for inquisitiveness in the classroom

A child face measures an object on a tray using a yellow and green striped ruler. The child wears a dark long-sleeve shirt. On the table are blue gloves, a magnifying glass, and papers. Tires and other outdoor items are visible in the background.

Enabling conditions for creative thinking in the classroom

A child in a white shirt and yellow headband lies on the ground, drawing on paper attached to a clipboard. Colored pencils are visible in an open box nearby. The ground is dirt with small rocks and wooden planks scattered around.
